For the three coming months (March-June 2011), the PCI members will have to gather and collect proposals to set up an education financing program in Haiti. This program will enable more children to go to school more easily for the three coming years.

President Josué Pierre-Paul says that it is important for Haiti to get a specialized education financing program to enable more children to get access to education with less difficulties. Even though the Haitian government and some organizations utter that its priority is education, more and more children can't go to school because of economic problems. And education is the development pillar. The PCI believes that out of education, no serious and efficient reconstruction of Haiti is possible. In spite of the reconstruction, the same problems will remain.

The PCI aims to contribute to improve lives in Haiti through educational and economic opportunities, and psychosocial activities. In this way, we can't stay inactive before these problems that constitute obstacles to education in Haiti. With this program that the PCI aims to plan over the coming three months, we will find more stable funds to send tens, dozens, hundreds and thousands of children to school for the three coming months.
