Since the January 2010 earthquake, Mark Denicore has been doing his best to support the victims. In the United States, in partnership with a PCI member in Haiti, Joseph (Joe) Duplan, he has decided to collect funds to offer loans to start-up and existing businesses in Saint-Charles. The beneficiaries have to reimburse the loan for 24 months with a rate estimated at 2.5 % per year.

The Pierre-Paul Christian Initiative is one of the beneficiaries. With the loan it received, new equipment will be purchased to reinforce its cyber project that aims to enable more children and young adults get access to computing services and internet.
