In two days, more than thirty people registered

More than 30 people got registered over two days in our human rights and culture program that must be launched on Saturday, April 9.

Child supported by the PCI
This new program is elaborated to ensure people are trained on human rights, the importance of education, and help them find joy to carry on living. This will concentrate on children and gender relationship. The most important part of this is raise awareness on the importance of education because hundreds of parents, mostly those living in rural communities minimize schooling. So, without education, it is harder to enjoy our rights.

On the other side, this program will not target only the south-east of Haiti. We will work in other departments, such as West, North, South, Plateau central, etc. This will be less expensive than our educational program, but it will not be less important. We will need funds for our transportation to different places, to ensure our stay and organize seminars. For more information on this program budget, contact us. With the little you can share, with the help of God, we can do miracles in their lives.

Children still in tents

Since the PCI was created in August 2009, we care about human rights and culture (events, psychosocial activities). But before, we inserted in our education program which aims to help more children get access to education and be successful in school. But, so as to make this program more dynamic and efficient, we decided on February 19 to divide these programs: Educational program on one side, Human rights and culture program on the other side.
